Yesterday kicked off finals week (hashtag dead) soooooo I'm basically a sleep-deprived zombie. I've had my hair in a top knot for the past four days and in all honesty, it will probably stay up until my last exam on Friday. Although I'm putting zero effort into my hair this week, I refuse to succumb to the nationwide phenomenon that is the finals week uniform of sweats and a book store graphic. Instead, today I'm wearing a comfy baseball tee from American Eagle with my favorite suede leather skirt. Threw my Levis jacket on with a pair of gold accented sunnies for a look that's just as cool in the library as it is on the street. 

Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving full of family time and lots of overeating. If you ventured out to brave the black Friday crazies, I hope you GOT THAT  hardcore blender/TV/hello kitty toaster oven you wanted. The day after thanksgiving called for a super cozy boy look. I paired my favorite oversized striped sweater from Brandy Melville with destroyed light wash skinnies by Res Denim. Wore a fancy schmancy cashmere beanie and my beat up studded white converse. The only way this outfit could have been comfier would have been to lounge around in bed and on tumblr all day....cause that's totally NOT what I did...

I'm a black on black on black girl through and through but there is always an exception. In my case, an amazeballs pair of WHITE cat eye sunnies from Nasty Gal. Yup, you read correctly...I said WHITE. When Nasty Gal ran a killer "sale on sale" a few weeks ago I couldn't help myself. I mean who can resist a rad pair of sunnies for seven bucks?! Not me, totes obvi. A little white on white, every meow and again, never hurt anybody.

I realized I haven't posted a Canadian tux look for a hot minute so today I'm in the perfect pair of light wash destroyed skinnies by Res Denim and favorite Forever 21 chambray. Remember when I was talking about becoming a light wash convert ?? Yeah...these are basically perfection. Amazing destroyed detailing on the knees and the comfiest mid rise make these THE light wash pair to have. What outfit is complete without a sweet little bag? Thanks to babe Megan at Remi & Reid for hooking me up with the best package ever, including this slouchy satchel cross body. Vegan pebbled leather, an adjustable length strap and the perfect size to fit my essentials and then some. In keeping with my all-denim-errythang theme I also threw on my military-inspired denim anorak jacket from Zara. On that #denimLYFE

The one who finds the perfect outfit and will proceed to wear the sh*t out of it. Well here I am. In my favorite Rag & Bone moto zip skinnies, "Bad News Babes" tee, Gap chambray and Shoecult sandals. JUDGE ME. Although I'm bummed to be missing the epic Shoecult Nasty Gal-gang brunch this Friday, there is one perk to skipping fashion week. I can wear this for the next week straight. In all honesty, I probably will.

Well the first week of Fall classes are done and there are two things I already know. First, my biceps are gonna be freakin' ripped by the end of the semester...shout out to my twenty pound managerial accounting textbook. Second, I'll be living in my Blk Dnm sweatshirt and Shoecult sandals. This sweatshirt is perfect...all goth black and boy baggy. Since it hits at about hip length on me, I wore it over a basic grey tank to add a bit of length and break up the black on black on black theme *Excuse my inner goth girl.* Another one of my old favorites, these rag & bone moto zip skinnies, look rad slightly unzipped at the ankle to show off the cool ankle strap sandals. I apologize in advance as this outfit is bound to become a repeat offender.
